"I had a minor fall on arrival and the receptionist went out of his way to ensure I was well looked after, Thanks I’d suggest some improved lighting at the car park entrance to the hotel, or at least painting of the step to make it easier to see and hopefully avoid any further falls."

"Our train was delayed arriving at Stuttgart Hbf. The front desk was very accommodating by allowing us a late check in. The room was great and all the staff was helpful. They allowed us to store our luggage at the hotel before catching our train to Munich on our final vacation day."
