"Didn't start off on a good note because we didn't get the room we reserved weeks ago. Wanted a king bed & got 2 queens. They told us we got "upgraded" for the same price because they were full. Didn't feel like an upgrade to us when all we wanted was a bigger bed like home. Staff member was stressed when we got there so she wasn't the friendliest. Hotel needs a lot of updating & fixes. We had to unplug a microwave & a lamp to get plug-ins that worked for our phones. Fridge didn't run at all."
