Hotel Butik di Studio City

"The hotel photos did not accurately reflect the actual condition or cleanliness of the property. The pictures of the indoor swimming pool were especially misleading. When we arrived, the pool area was outdated and could benefit from renovations, better cleaning, more inviting seating, and warmer water. As soon as I entered the room, there was a very strong bleach odor. I had to run the air conditioner for several hours and leave the window open the entire first night just to air out the room....

"My son and I stayed here for a tournament that was held at the convention center, and it was the most comedian location, easy access to everything and walking distance. Plus the room was fantastic with City views enough space for all of his Volleyball things as well as both of us to live in for five days. They provide everything even a toothbrush in case you forget it and of course always deliver a Ritz experience. Cleaning staff was amazing and hotel was VERY quiet which is a must for me."
