"Had fun in the waterpark and snow tubing.Room could use some updating.(pullout Couch was broken) but staff made it right. Must say overall the entire staff was friendly and accommodating, and made the trip enjoyable as well. from the bell to the desk to the buffet the staff was great !!"

"The room.had paint splatters on the floor. The shower head had paint clogging the nozzles. No remote control in the room called the front desk and they told me to come down and get a remote, which then didnt work on the tv. The walls were so thin I could hear the man next door snoring very loudly! Then i could hear the room above me which sounded like someone walking back and forth for hours, the floor boards were squeaking. The bathroom was unfinished with the repainting and the shower/tub was either stained horribly or not clean at all. I got no sleep what so ever and had to work today. I will NOT be returning to this establishment."

"The hotel looks more like a motel. There are people living there, and as soon as you arrive it smells strongly like cigarettes and marijuana. You can call and call, and no one answers. The room itself is clean, but it still smells a lot like marijuana. The jacuzzi’s water handle is broken, so you can’t turn the water on properly. The only good thing is pets friendly and it’s free "
