" paid £410 for a 2 night stay. Upon check in I was presented with a list of rules (empty bins, strip beds on departure amongst others) and asked for a €400 deposit for any potential breakages of which couldn’t be processed due to restrictive refund policies. The attitude and lack of help and welcome from staff was the worst I’ve ever experienced. No attempt to understand or put things right. The propertiy was amazing just like the pictures. Be aware that building work being carried out around (and perhaps to) the hotel, Rotterdam appaeras to be never finished and building work everywhere but still a graet location"
