"More like a 3-4 star hotel. Called 4 times to get robes (had to go to reception after a day to get them), bad restaurant food, asked for a bottle of champagne to the room (messaged them before we arrived) but nothing. Small stuff missing from the room (our toothpaste was missing after the first day). ..."
