"This location is superb, next to the central station, China town and many restaurants. The room is not too spacious, which is Ok as it is in the center of the city. "Only planned on a one night stay , but our cruise plans were changed and we stayed four nights. The Hotel Staff was Great , especially trying to extend our stay with the help of Expedia's rooms available. The rooms were clean and well maintained. The Hotel is only a very short walk from the Cruise Terminal and the entire Sydney Harbor Area. Dining in the immediate area was wonderful. Highly Recommended if you are taking a cruise out of Sydney. Location is a big Plus."

"While the staff were lovely and the room was nice we waited 3 hours for a second bathrobe and had to call 4 times. There was also an opened bottle of sparkling water in the mini bar. The carpet in the hallway was dirty and needed a vacuum. For a hotel that costs a lot to stay in, those details are a bit of a letdown. "
