"This hotel has so much potential. Indoor pool, beach access, beautiful property. Unfortunately, it seems there is no upkeep on normal maintenance and is in desperate need of a good clean. The hallway and carpeting in our room were sandy, as was the bathroom. The ceiling tiles in the bathroom are falling (looks heavy with a water leak) and there was thick black mold growing in and around the tub. "Not all doors work automatically which is hard for me as I have a disability and cannot open the door. The breakfast was not totally cooked, the eggs were rubber, and there are no vegan options other than toast. Appreciate the thought but not worth the price everything is frozen processed food noth made from scratch."
