Room was clean with nice bathroom. Staff was very helpful and friendly. Hotel was quiet and I felt safe there. Breakfast was good. The crepes, croissants, and fresh orange juice were my favorites.

Property and staff were very nice. The issue is the noise. The room above us heard water every time they flushed the toilet or showered. The tram cars ran right outside and the building shook on some while lying in bed. No hot water in the shower. Clean, staff friendly, breakfast good but noise was the killer.

An acceptable stay.

The staff was helpful and responsive, but our room had an unpleasant smell emanating from the bathroom drain. Having the windows open helped but didn’t cure it. The staff offered to move us for the second day, but we elected to remain where we were so as not to have to repack.

Location was very good. Easy walk to canal sights etc. Lots of Dining options close by. Not too far to train station , but I wish I had caught a Tram !! I liked it for 2 nights.

Very good choice for Strasbourg.

We stayed in hotel for 8 night. Everything was good: service, staff friendliness and help, cleanliness, bed is comfy, we ask for additional pillows and got them, breakfast is very good and plentiful, included pastry, fruits, eggs, juices, coffee-machine. Location is excellent, close to train station, town center and all the attractions in walking distance. No need for any transport. The only minus is small room size, which probably common thing for Strasbourg.

Das Hotel hat uns gut gefallen. Es ist zentral. Mitarbeiter des Hotels haben sich Mühe gegeben. Das Frühstück war gut und ausreichen. Kommen gerne wieder.

Das Hotel liegt direkt am Rande der Altstadt. Sehenswürdigkeiten sind nur wenige Minuten zu Fuß entfernt. Das Zimmer ist klein, ideal für Leute die nur zum Schlafen ein Zimmer benötigen. Die Betten sind groß und sehr Bequem. Die Tram fährt direkt vor dem Hotel entlang, solang das Fenster geschlossen ist, hat man eine ruhige Nacht. Auch hört man bei geöffnetem Fenster raus zur Straße den Verkehr leider sehr gut. Das Frühstücksbuffet war gut und übersichtlich. Super Positiv muss man den Rezeptionisten erwähnen. Da es keine freien Parkplatzmöglichkeiten gab, hat er sich die mühe gemacht uns zu erklären wo wir Parken können und uns eine Karte für die Tiefgarage gegeben damit wir am ende weniger Bezahlen müssen.

Wie erst kurz vor Ankunft mitgeteilt, wurde, war das Hotel überbucht und ich wurde auf ein Mini- Zimmer am Bahnhof umgebucht.das darf nicht passieren! Obwohl Hotelscom Stammgast- keine Entschuldugung, Entschädigung - nichts.

Vooraf goed bestuderen waar je de auto gaat parkeren. Bereikbaarheid hotel met auto is lastig. Let op dit geldt voor de meeste hotels in dit stadsdeel. Dus gewoon openbaar parkeren in garage en een paar honderd meten lopen met koffer. Parkeren bij Hotel weten we niet hoe dit gaat. Jammer dat er geen airco aanwezig is. Zou voor deze tijd in kader van stroom overschot ook nog eens goed zijn voor het stroom netwerk. Prijs kwaliteit verhouding is erg goed. Erg netjes allemaal.
