The hotel was nice but you really need a car to get around, even just to get to Strasbourg itself

All of the staff were great and friendly. Not any kinds of problems. Pretty good restaurant too. From the city center you can take a tram and then a bus or just a tram and walk. I have been here twice (2019 and 2023) and the place was good both times.

Séjour agréable chambre spacieuse et grande salle de bain malgré un soucis de communication lors de la réservation concernant les petits déjeuners inclus qui a été résolu rapidement et dernier petit déjeuner light car les agents de service malgré leur prévision n avais pas le temps d installer les produits qu ils étaient déjà tous pris .. Merci a la personne qui faisait les mises en place d être venu nous voir pour savoir si on avait réussi à manger quelque chose.

Ikke helt centralt, men ok

Hotel lå ca. 8,5 km fra Strasbourg, som kunne tilbagelægges til fods. Tilbage til hotellet var det muligt at tage en sporvogn, herefter en gåtur på et par kilometer.

Très bien

J'ai été très bien accueilli par la réceptionniste qui m'a également servi le repas. Chambre de bonne taille et pas de bruits provenant de l'extérieur. Petit déjeuner correct mais j'aurai aimé plus de choix.

20 minutes pour avoir les clefs de chambre,annoncer sur le site avec un restaurant alors que ce sont des plateaux repas sortie du micro onde. Des stores cassés gisent devant l'hôtel depuis un long moment visiblement.et je parle pas de la propreté de la chambre digne d'une porcherie. Hôtel a fuir

Un fiasco

J ai passé une de mes pires nuits à l hôtel avec un occupant alcoolisé qui a réveillé tout le monde avec ses insultes et ses coups dans le mobilier . Le pire c est qu il était dans la chambre voisine donc j ai été réveillé depuis 2h00 avec les forces de l ordre ont dû intervenir sans pouvoir le maîtriser de suite en attendant des renforts. C est vraiment dommage je séjourne souvent dans les hôtels Ibis mais là c est une déception totale .

bien situé et facile d'acces. gare a 5 min a pied personnel agréable. insonorisation exterieur trés bonne. seul point "négatif" l'insonorisation entre 2 chambres communicantes. (néanmoins, cela peut etre du a un manquede respect du client voisin qui hurlait au telephone!)

It was clean and modern. The staff was friendly. The bathroom did not have wash cloths or soap for the sink. Otherwise a perfect place as an airport hotel and only a 7 minute drive away.

personnel tres aimable , equipement satisfaisant MAIS : Odeurs d'egout dans le couloir qui mene au chambres et dans la chambre. Des grilles d'aeration trainenet dans le couloir et y sont encore le matin !!! Pas d'eau chaude dans la chambre : douche a l'eau froide !!!! heureusement que c'est la canicule en ce moment !! Bref tres deçus !! Mention speciale au gardien de nuit que nous avons vu a notre depart a 5h du matin et qui a ete tres tres aimable : merci a lui .

Les lits des hôtels Ibis sont vraiment trop dur. Je me suis réveillée avec des courbatures. C’est la dernière fois que je réserve avec Ibis. Petit déjeuner basique.

Séjour normal ! Quelque part un peu déçu par rapport aux prestations rencontrées précédemment dans d'autre hôtels Ibis. Tous les hôtels Ibis de sont pas similaires. Ceci dit,la prestation ici était correct mais dans la grande moyenne des hôtels "moyens" avec toujours les mêmes problèmes : pas de place pour ranger ses affaires, une penderie ridicule, pas même un porte manteau, presque rien pour poser ses affaires de toilette ni de porte serviette... Un grand classique !!! Mais literie correcte, propreté impeccable, très bon état... Et comme nous étions dans une chambre prévue au départ pour PMR : plein de place dans la salle d'eau. Il y avait tout ce qu'il faut quoi !!! C'est déjà bien. Nous n'avons pas pris le petit déj à l'hôtel car "grâce matinée" (possible d'ailleurs car l'hôtel a été très calme)
