I stayed at this hotel 2 years prior on a bike trip and loved it. with the exception of the breakfast. it was a 6/10 for the breakfast. This trip I was disappointed. I asked for the same room and I got it . They were helpful that way. In the room I noticed it no longer had a mini fridge in it (which is a must for my bookings) At the front desk I was told it was because of their climate initiative ( only to find out later that the higher priced rooms still had their fridges) . Also , I thought the mornings breakfast was even worse . There were fewer items and I am assuming the "hot food" is maybe microwaved. and then put on a warming stove. ??? I think \instead of returning here as one of my favourites, I would try somewhere new.

Great location for a city stay. Not far from the station and discounted car park. Staff lovely and helpful. Room had everything we needed for a great price . Great touch with the water dispenser. Well recommended

They restrict your control over the temperature of the room to no lower than 22C. It was too hot the entire time. Only opening the window helped and not nearly enough. Terrible Wifi that would cut in and out all the time. These corporate hotels need to let go of the central control and let the gets do what is best for them. Comfortable bed but bad bedding. Friendly staff and helpful. Nice to have free water/sparkling water and free espresso. Shower too open and needs a wall to block water going everywhere. Would not stay here again or any other Accor Hotel because of the temperature control not under my control.

The rooms were immaculately clean but also tastefully decorated, creating a cozy and inviting atmosphere. Nice hotel but get parking directions before going

It would be very helpful if they emailed you ahead of time about exactly where trhe parking is located along with a map. its not that close and hard to get info when you cant stop the car to run in
