"We all loved this place. It is conveniently close to Florence or Sienna so you can take a day trips if you get bored but there are plenty of activities on site. We wished we have reserved more days to stay but we will do that next year."

"The newer building where great two separate bathrooms. The pool however needs to put a limit of how many drinks people can have. There is also a staff member at the restaurant that wasn't to friendly. However overall all structure was great."

"The check in process is truly dreadful. Very small print on the Expedia booking instructing the person booking to contact the proprietor 48 hours before arrival as they don’t have a reception. Why on earth are they not emailing the customer?! Why is the paying customer being asked to seek them out for the privilege of entering a property they have paid for?!
