"The communication with the shuttle staff isn't ideal. One person says one thing while the next person says something completely different. I waited at the airport for 30 minutes until I finally had to take a Lyft. The cost was reimbursed but it was still very much an inconvenience."

"We were on a business trip, exhibiting at a show at the Alliant Center, and were not able to take full advantage of all the amenities. Room was clean but had and odd smell to it. Really couldn't identify it."

"The only complaint I have, was the check in desk made a long line of people wait until exactly 4pm to check in. I know they were full, but when you have up to 10 people waiting to check in at 3:50pm, you could probably get the process started, and not just have 3 people at the check in counter staring at their clocks until it ticked over to 4pm. It was just a bad look on the hotel and service. Everything else was fine, so that just stood out as something that was a little ridiculous."
