Wonderful and friendly staff. The bed were very comfortable! Also conveniently located in Storm lake. Unique shopping and some dining within walking distance. Was not my first stay there, and I would definitely stay there again.

When I checked in, the internet was down, and continued to be down for the next 72 hours. Most importantly tho, when I entered my assigned room, it was already assigned and occupied by another customer. That was incredibly awkward and embarrassing as I excused myself. It took another 45 minutes for me to be assigned to my room. I would have liked for the property to have had an elevator and workout room, but I realized that when I booked it.

Smelled of smoke marijuana like substance when first walked in, in the hallways but smell wasn’t in our room and didn’t smell it again after leaving and coming back. Was a nice hotel, clean, decent breakfast, loved having the ‘living room’ area. Would stay here again!
