"We had a wonderful few weeks traveling around Iceland. We stayed in many great places- but this was definitely not one of them. This extremely tiny unit had an uncomfortably small bathroom- the shower head was suspended from the ceiling and was a corner of the micro sized bathroom, a quarter sized bathroom sink was too small for even brushing teeth. This unit is suitable for one person, at best, and definitely was tight for a couple. It was also overpriced for what it was- I would not stay...

The only heads up I’d offer others booking is that the cottage is not located directly in Fludir, which it appears on the Expedia booking page. "One of the best apartments we have ever stayed in! Grocery and liquor store less than 100 yards away, so you can take full advantage of cooking meals in the apartment. Rooms were spacious as was the bathroom. Park with frisbee golf, zip line and two "blobs" nearby for the kids to burn off extra energy. There is no laundry, but you can wash in the sink and there is a slight breeze that passes across the balcony and dries the clothes in a day. "
