"This was one of the worst hotel experiences I’ve ever had. The property’s condition was unacceptable. After checking in, I immediately found the room was not acceptable and left within minutes. The hotel acknowledged the issue and told me they would refund the full charge. They even issued a credit to my credit card, but then reversed it without explanation. "I stayed at this hotel and I didn’t do proper research. It’s not the usual and they are an extended stay entity. The normal amenities aren’t given like change of towels, hair dryer, iron or iron board. Outside all that, when I went on the location the entire place smelt of smoke and marijuana.
