"They were understaffed. The girl tried really hard to do everything at night, In the morning the staff was sitting around after I called the front desk to tell them I spilled milk in the elevator and an hr later when we left, we told them it was still there, and the girl at the front desk said we’ll get it and then there were three of them that just sat there. The room has cupboards, a dishwasher, and refrigerator, but no dishes, drawers for silverware, but no silverware. The water was hot on...

"This was my first trip to Tooele, Utah and also first time staying at a Homes 2 Suites hotel. The property was very clean and well maintained. The rooms were comfortable and homey. I really enjoyed my stay."

"The hotel was old and smelly. The breakfast was basic. The only thing that stood out about this hotel (if you can call it that) was the girls that work at the front desk. They are always friendly, they always have a smile on their faces and they are always willing to help if they are able. It’s not their fault it’s an old property. They were all a delight. The room activated our allergies from what we believe is probably mold."

"The hallways and public bathrooms were very dirty. Tje area around the po was dirty. The shower in the room was dingy. You couldn't access outside doors with the keys as the signs said you could. They ran out of coffee early during breakfast and we ate our entire breakfast and we were going to get a cup for the road and there still wasn't any coffee available. The elevator shook every time it stopped. The water refill station didn't work. The customer service was poor."

"Breakfast was terrible, not stocked very well. Our room needed to be cleaned a 2nd time due to stains, dirty floor, left over hair in bathroom everywhere and the window mechanism for the shade roller was broken and the AC was broken on the bottom and took forever to cool the room down. Only reason we continued our stay was that was the sweet younger night manager was the ONLY PERSON doing it all and we felt terrible for him."

"The place was decent for the price, but it was LAUGHABLE to say they had WiFi. My boyfriend (who works in IT) said it measured at such a low speed that he didn’t even know which service provider could/would have been able to provide such slow internet. Also, they turned off the magnetization of our room keys over an hour before check out time."

"Everything was pretty good could use a few new things as they are broke or pretty worn. Swimming was good pool was warm, hot tub hot. Lots of parking. A few mystery stains on walls. Fridge didn’t work and smelt moldy. Water pressure great. Ate cereal with a fork lol. Pretty basic breakfast, waffles, toast, cereal, juice, coffee. Not terrible but not great."

"The staff was great. The hotel ran out of bottled water which I did not like. Breakfast was great. The room was pretty good. The furniture was not that clean though. Not sure how often the couch and Ottoman are shampooed. It was better in a room I had before. The location is great if you are visiting people in Daybreak. I will stay there again because overall it still works for me."
