A great location in the centre of Sundbyberg, close to the railway station and Tunnelbana metro. The shops and restaurants are in close proximity. The hotel staff were very friendly and helpful.

It was very close to transport options, with 10 minutes to city center. Convenient for food and walking around in the neighbourhood. Not much to see nearby if you are a couple of days in Stockholm, would recommend use the train and see the central parts of this nice city.

We booked this location by mistake, the hotel advised we would have had to forfeit the first night’s payment to switch location and it would have cost at least £200 more for a room at the city hotel. We decided to travel to the one I had accidentally booked in the suburbs. The hotel was excellent - contemporary, clean, great service and importantly for us, catered well for vegans with the inclusive breakfast. I didn’t fall in love with the area but it was a couple of minutes walk to the station and well connected, just a few minutes to the city centre so would actually recommend this hotel. Great value for money.

I have stayed here before after being recommended as a place to stay by a friend. This time my flight was delayed so I arrived very late, but there was a number to call and a very helpful young lady responded, unlocked the door and let me check in. She was super nice. I would always use this hotel if staying in Sundbyberg as the staff are very friendly and helpful. The rooms are very clean and the breakfast is varied and tasty

Great value for Stockholm on a Saturday night

The room was nice, bed was comfortable and bathroom was spacious. The track lighting must’ve had a short because it blinked on and off like a disco. Breakfast was fabulous. Access from the subway was very convenient.

Clean and comfortable

The room was on the smaller side but the high roof made it all look bigger and there was plenty of light. Bathroom was clean. When taking a shower a lot of water got all over the floor, the glas is not long enough to create a proper barrier to prevent this. The room was spotless, very comfortable bed and loved the fridge! Not many use them anymore so that was a nice touch. The breakfast was ok, it had enough to fill you up.

Recently retired and travelling with my mom, I wasn't too exited over the staircase one needed to negotiate to get to the front desk. Elevator was not available at the lowest point. No assistance was offered by any staff. Hallways were dark and narrow. A note in the room stated that one needed to request clean towels if one desired such service more often than every three days. I did request it and only some towels were exchanged. Apparently the staff have some sort of approval right on my request which was not stated on the note. Breakfast was lovely! A rather trendy hotel in the middle of Sundbyberg with walking distance to many different restaurants, bakeries and coffeehouses and transit, most likely catering to a younger audience than myself.

I reserved a deluxe king suite in quiet area away from street. I was given a small hot room with a king bed. I told receptionist that this was not the room i reserved and paid for. She said that that was the king room facing courtyard but I could have the deluxe suite facing the train tracks. No thanks, but no attempt to offer me a refund on the room’s difference. We are seniors and had some heavy luggage. No one helped us up the entrance steps or steps down to our room. Breakfast was plenty. Lobby was very cute and comfortable but this is not up to Hyatt quality.
