"The hotel was very nice and well located. A little chic and clean/comfortable. We had an issue with the shower drain. It drained slowly so it overflowed and water covered the bathroom floor. When reported the next day we got the sense that it was going to be taken care of."

"The room was a tight quarter, when we went out the time we was there and had leftovers, there's no microwave in the room nor on the property which to me makes no sense. The bed was trash and old it felt like it slanted woke up in pain. Its a decent hotel in a pretty good location a lot of eatery around as was as bars if that's you thing. Give it 3 stars because of the staff they're not better than a Marriott style hotel and they get away with it because of the location. If you just need a hotel to sleep so you can enjoy downtown Philly and not looking for anything extra go for it."

"Large (compared to NYC, at least!), nice room, great bed. One fault, which stood out in an otherwise excellent room - kind of ragged shower curtain. Inexplicable really. Great towels, too."

"Parking too expensive especially for overnight if paying hundreds of dollars to stay parking should at least be free. $12 for internet just for one night crazyyy imagine having to stay for a month and you have to do work also the pool being permanently closed is a no no, no microwave. If you’re thinking of staying call ahead don’t just look at what they put on the website."

"Every staff I met was wonderful except when I checked out. They would not let me leave my luggage with them until my flight left. I specifically called when I booked my room and said I had a late flight and asked if they would hold luggage and the gal said of course. I asked for a manager and explained to him and he still said no. They said I could go to airport and drop off luggage (suitcases for 15 days for three of us). That would take over an hour and one way uber was $68 one way plus the expense of checking in carry ons. Luckily I didn’t do that because my flight was cancelled. They said I was welcome to wait until lobby from 10:15 when I checked out until 5:30 when I’d go to airport. My flight was delayed around 12:30 to a later time so we decided to make other arrangements. I had a Hilton Rewards Card and cancelled it. I will never stay at a Hilton again after this."

"This is a fantastic hotel! The staff were friendly and helpful, the rooms were spacious and clean, and the location is perfect when visiting Philadelphia. I would highly recommend it and definitely stay here again!"
