"My room did not come with air conditioning due to booking the lower fare on Expedia. We agreed to upgrade after trying out the room and paid and then the air conditioning was warmer than if we opened the window. We shut off ac and used a fan. Lots of hassle."

"Das Personal im Hotel ist super freundlich und hilfsbereit. Frühstück war sehr gut. Die Zimmer gemütlich aber etwas unsauber im Badezimmer."

"Nice friendly hotel with good food and friendly staff in a great location. The electric car charging wall box was also a big bonus."

"Dirty carpets. The reception area smelled like sewer and toilets. The entire hotel smelled like cigarette smoke. There is not FREE parking on sight if will cost money and the Garage is very tight and small"

"Cozy hotel with very friendly and helpful staff. Brilliant location just next to bus stops for local buses, that the hotel guests could use for free. An easy walking distance also to the castles. Good breakfast with fresh fruits and filter coffee. On the minus side, a rather strong smell of cow manure outside of the hotel and on the balcony. Also, no AC in the room."

"The rooms were great. They were bigger than most European guesthouse rooms. The hotel is in a quiet area of town but still within walking distance to everything. The hotel restaurant was amazing. We ate dinner there twice. The staff was so nice and helpful. English is spoken if you don't know German."

"Location wag good, breakfast was good , had issue with ac kept kicking off, was told by staff I should have opened window- paid for ac, to avoid street noise"

"Sehr sauberes Zimmer. Trotz Ausfall von Telefon und Internet wurde alles getan um den Aufenthalt gut zu gestalten. Das Essen ist hervorragend, ebenso das reichhaltige Frühstück."

"Food was amazing and great location!!"

"Very nice stay with gorgeous views of the castles. Great restaurant on site and very helpful staff."
