"The staff was fantastic, very helpful and responsive when I asked for certain accommodations (early check in, late check out, use of a broom). This property is settled in the heart of downtown Lincoln but wouldn’t know it right after you walk through the front doors because the homey feeling and quietness it provides."

There was a issue where I didn’t receive the link to request Uber for the complimentary airport shuttle, but the front desk was wonderful in getting it resolved and getting me to the airport on time even with her other responsibilities. Breakfast was even ready before the 6am start time so I could eat before leaving. "
