"We arrived early and were able to use all facilities and pool while luggage was stored. It is walking distance to old towne and a lot of great eateries close by. We had a junior suite and it was perfect. Tons of space and spacious bed and sitting area with private plunge pool. Staff were so accommodating and helpful. Steps from the beach."

"Lovely stay for a solo birthday trip. Large resort, decent sized pools with plenty of loungers although they get taken quickly each morning. Really attentive pool staff for drinks each day. Spa facility was fantastic and better than expected. Initially given the wrong room and was a bit tired but moved after 1st night. Fairly basic but comfortable and everything needed for the stay with a decent balcony overlooking the pool/coast. Breakfast was plentiful and staff friendly and attentive. Nice options for the buffet dinner as well as the ability to select 3 other bookable restaurants for 3 courses...very nice touch and breaks up eating in the same place each night. Convenient for a short taxi to old town and walkable to local shops. Had a late flight so once checked out i was able to use the facilities and food/drink for the rest of the day and spa facilities to get refreshed before the airport which was a really nice and helpful touch."

"Lovely stay at the Sun Palace Hotel. The pool areas and the water park were great. Lots of places to sit and sunbeds. The only problem was that the sunbeds are very dated and uncomfy, a lot of them are ripped, broken. The food always had great variety and there is something for everyone. In between meal times there are cafes which have food you can get at any point. Unlimited gyros at the water park cafe. There are a lot of drinks machines plotted around and you just help yourself which is great as you donβt have to queue at a bar waiting. Same with the ice cream. The room cleaning was not great. we selected our room to be cleaned every day and the towels were always replaced. However, the bedding wasnβt. Additionally, the bathroom was dirty and it was not cleaned once. I think they only replace towels and change bedding on certain days. The location is close to Faliraki strip and beach. It is also approximately 20 minutes away from the old town and airport in a car. There is free parking at the hotel and we hired a car which was great. Overall, great stay at a very reasonable price and the staff were friendly."

"Great stay. Lovely hotel and lots to do. On check in we were slightly concerned as we had been allocated one of the further rooms but it was no problem at all. There is a golf buggy giving lifts on demand that the little one loved and an also a lift making the walk back easy. Pools are great with lots of things to keep kids entertained. Beach was very easy to access with comfortable loungers and self serve soft drinks on the beach and alcoholic a short walk to the bar. The food was very good. The Γ la carte was very special and the buffet was high quality with plenty of variety throughout the week. Highly recommended. Can also hire a car on site which was very straight forward and relaxed."
