"The bed was comfortable. We turned on the AC to drown out the noisy street traffic but the AC was super loud so it was hard to sleep. We didn't try the breakfast there. There was no hand soap and no place in the bathroom to hang out towels. Otherwise it was ok."

"The room was dirty, sink faucet didn't work well, the desk clerk was a rude young boy and no breakfast."

"Check in was a great experience, very helpful and informative. Room was clean and fresh, quiet and well appointed. Breakfast was adequate could have had a bit more variety of proteins. The only negative was that the front desk was not staffed for approximately 30 minutes when wanting to check out at 7:00 AM."

"The staff was friendly, but the restaurant was very understaffed. The room was filthy. Walking on the floor barefooted leaves you with black feet. One of the towels had what looked like poop stains on it. The toilet was low in bowl water and barely flushed. The shower water was lukewarm until it surged into scolding water. I would recommend this hotel and will never stay there again."

"The room was actually very nice. The only complaint I have is the loud mouth night shift man who talked so loud and all night in the lobby area that my husband and I couldn’t sleep. Our son and his family were across the hall and they were so angry by morning and we had to drive a long way home with no sleep! What an inconsiderate employee!!"

"We secured four rooms at this hotel. Our daughter was taking a bath when the light went out in the bathroom. She was one and had to figure out how to get out of dark tub. The tubs were not easy to Vernon and out of. No hand rails to Help a person step out."

"The staff at Springhill Suites are the best. Always happy to help. Breakfast bar is good and well stocked. The only negative comment I have is that there is not one bench or chair where a smoker can sit for an occasional smoke. Seems a bit unfair for us smokers."

"Ridiculous $25 mandatory parking fee. Overpriced moderate quality breakfast. $6 "entrapment fee" for water in the room. None of these up charges were clear when booking the room. Look elsewhere."
