"The staff were friendly and helpful but the hotel itself left MUCH to be desired. I requested a crib/pack & play when booking and none were available when we checked in. The sheets were gross. I have no other words for it. We checked out and went down the road to the Holiday Inn. I have never left a hotel before due to uncleanliness but there was no way I could, in good conscience, allow my toddlers to sleep in those conditions. Also, the elevator was broken and we were on the 3rd floor. I don’t like leaving poor reviews but I took pictures of the sheets just for proof because it was not good. 😳 The area also just did not feel that safe. Disappointed in the experience overall. I have stayed in plenty of LaQuinta Inn’s before and absolutely none have ever been like this."

"Well worn in general; stained sheets, missing light bulbs, curtains that didn’t close, no chairs to sit on in the room, minimal breakfast selection. Not too expensive but what I’ve come to expect from ABVI."

"Rooms huge, everything new, parking easy. Some parts still seem to be under construction, so there is an uneveness to the experience, but I'm sure it will be great. The one thing that was off-putting was the woman manning the desk when we checked in. She was curt and not welcoming. "

"The night started with walking in to a strong smell of bleach. We decided they were cleaning the pool overnight since we checked in late evening. No still there at 5 am because I had to go get coffee from breakfast area due to our little coffee pot was missing a piece we thought as well as 2 other staff said I’d have to wait for housekeeping. I guess no extras if one doesn’t work to replace with. I picked this hotel due to pictures and reviews about breakfast. “Hot” breakfast at that. No bacon or sausage. No biscuits or gravy. Only eggs , waffles or muffins etc. when I was getting orange juice the attendant, who was nice, said I’m glad we finally got orange juice for this morning. It’s very hard to eat when you smell bleach so strong it chokes you. The staff is probably used to it. At checkout I was asked how was our stay I said not to good. He said oh sorry to hear that. Guy next to him seen that he wasn’t even going to ask why Guessing day mgr. asked me what was wrong. I told him and only asked if I was staying another night. Unsure where he was going with that. I looked over the pictures again because I thought I might’ve picked the wrong one. Unfortunately I hadn’t. What a complete inaccurate display of information. Bed was not comfortable either. I could feel everything it seemed in the mattress. Bathroom looked remodeled but still had rusty toilet paper holders that was broken. Unhappy and disappointed. "

"The room was clean overall except for the carpet- stained a dirty. It looks like they updated the room but not the carpet. They are renovating the hotel so lots of construction garbage and dust. The toilet in our room could barely flush 2 pieces of toilet paper- very low pressure- but the shower pressure was great! The pool area was dirty with cigarette butts so we did not swim. The breakfast area was clean and the food was pretty decent! Maybe when the whole hotel is renovated it will be much better! "

"Rooms with paper thin walls and doors. Heard the neighbors Tv blaring all night. The refrigerator in the room was warmer than air temperature in the room. Stay just sucked "
