"The staff was very informative and welcoming when we arrived and during the rest of our stay. We stayed during the start of the offseason for skiing, but there were still plenty of people who stayed and visited during the day to take advantage of the small bit of snow remaining. The room was advertised as having a Mountain View, however this was not the case for us, as we had no clear view of it. "No one on site, not very safe leaving a note on outside of building with a code for room. Anyone could have taken envelope and stayed in the room. I would recommend sending your code by email. No air conditioner unit. Inside is very old and dated and not comfortable at all. Sign on door appears written as someone will return soon and never saw anyone. I usually don’t give bad reviews but we were not happy staying here at all."

"Hotel is under renovation and no one notified us. In our room looks like window just was installed since the window and windowsill both were dirty from construction. Unpleasant smell in the room I am guessing from old carpet. Hot breakfast ran out fast at 7:50am in the morning there were no waffle mix left to prepare waffles and only 2 meat patties."
