"I usually go to Phoenix once a year and I stay here. It’s a good cost and location. Room was nice, I did notice that the outlets were a little worn so plugs didn’t stay easy in some of them. I don’t recall if I had breakfast there, I was just in town for the weekend to see friends ."

"This is a very nice property and has been undergoing upgrades. Our suite was exactly what we needed. However, either someone had smoked in our room prior to our arrival and we detected cigarette smoke lingering. They had scent masls on the hallway of our floor. Yet,cit did effect our stay. I did report it to management, but they didn't address it while we were there. Not sure we will stay again unless assured the rooms are repainted and scrubbed."

The rooms were well-maintained, with comfortable beds and everything we needed for a relaxing stay. The common areas were clean and inviting, and the property felt safe and well cared for. "This place is like section 8 housing. Our unit had to be opened by a screwdriver, the toilets didn't work, lights didn't work and it was dirty and not maintained. I think when it first was apartments it would have been cute but the people staying there and the buildings were super sketchy. Will never go there again"
