"Every single staff member I encountered (front desk, cleaning, bartender, coffee shop, etc.) ALL were fantastic, helpful, and kind. The room was great, the bed was comfortable, the pool was fun (albeit slightly colder water than I'd prefer, but still great), and the hot tub was perfect. It was all-around a wonderful hotel stay!"

"Staff at front desk was very unhelpful, I had to get my key card reactivated every night. (I was only given 1 card) When checking in they ran the card without telling us anything I only knew the price from booking online,I was never given a receipt. The pool was closed the whole time, but the sign up said closed for a day. I understand they were painting outside but it was still disappointing."

"We arrived around 5:30 and the room wasn’t ready, which gave us a lot of anxiety because we were going to a concert that we paid a lot of money for. The staff just wasn’t very helpful or apologetic that it wasn’t ready. Also, if you’re trying to get to the airport, be prepared to get an Uber otherwise they will only take you to the train station to get a train to the airport. Other than that everything was good. The rooms were very nice and clean."

"Excellent stay! The hotel was exceptionally clean, comfortable, and felt fresh and newly renovated. The lighting throughout the rooms and common areas was excellent, creating a warm and welcoming atmosphere. The communal hangout area was a great space to relax and socialize. The staff provided outstanding service and made the entire experience enjoyable from start to finish. I would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a comfortable and well-maintained hotel."
