"The faucet did not work property in the bathroom. No pressure and no hot water. I had to brush my teeth at the kitchen sink, the jacuzzi in the room did not work. The sent someone and he could not fix it. The front desk made a huge deal in giving me a wattle bottle and they did not want to give me points to compensate how awful the room was. They only refunded the resort fee. I did not have a good experience."

"Overall it was a great stay. I will say the valet only parking was a pain. It made us second guess leaving our room after returning from a day trip. If we had set times to be somewhere we had to make sure we were down there at least 20 minutes before we had to leave cause it took that long to get our car many times. The valet guys were busting butt but limited spaces for cars to pull in and limited valet guys made for a messy time."

"This is just a warning about the back side rooms facing the lake. We had to leave a night early due to the room had no air conditioning and you could not cool the room down from the afternoon on. We knew it had no air conditioner but it cooled down to the 50s at night and the temps were only in the low 80s during the day. So we shouldn’t have needed it.
