"The first room I slept in had blood on the sheets. When I tried to call the front desk it was busy. I didn’t want to cause an issue so I just slept on top the covers. I also woke up in the middles the night with bug bites on my ankles. My husband called and I received another room across the hall. The next morning I woke up again with another bite on my ankles then when I took a shower I noticed a small brown bug on my wash cloth. I removed it from the towel and put it on the shower wall so could see what it was and it had legs and definitely was a bug. I don’t recommend staying unless they do a treatment or something. I had to check out and find other areangements. Then when I tried to check out an explain the manager on staff got really defensive about the hotel and was explaining she gets off soon. We were trying to get the reservations canceled and approved for refund. She left the Expedia on the phone for more than 20 minutes then walked out the room my explaining if she was trying to help us or not. She continued to repeat the she was not the general
Manager so she could not approve anything but could not provide and documentation that the Situation would be resolved. Of course this was not about her but it was more about the service and the experience in the room. I think it would have gone a lot smoother if she would have followed procedure and immediately called her general manager or Expedia to resolve this issue."
