"The staff was amazing and super useful, the only drawback was the cleanliness of the room, the electric baseboard had spots of dirt like dried liquid and dust, there was unknown hairs and eyelashes on the sheets. Maybe their dryer need some cleaning? We like the emplacement and character of the place, it's just a shame the room was dirty."

"The room was rented with a broken TV and the hotel management didn’t bother fixing it or disclosing ahead of time. After making a complaint all the said was sorry for the inconvenience! The place is so small and run down with the rooms facing a shady alley. Pleas stay away from this place to avoid ruining your stay! "

"The location is nearby many restaurants and shops. The units are basic, but have what you need. Unit was very clean. The noise from adjacent units is clear. When the cleaners were in the unit above it was very loud. The stairs from the sidewalk to entry door are fairly steep with narrow steps. There is a narrow curving staircase to reach second floor units. Typical old apartment building issues, but travelers with mobility concerns may struggle carrying bags up and down the stairs. "

"It was a clean room and it had everything I needed. It was also close to the metro station and bus stops which made it even better! It was a cozy place and it was exactly as the posts! Would definitely recommend this place!"

"Everything was wonderful except we still had our studded tires on our car. Montréal does not allow use any of the parking facilities with studded tires, even the outdoor ones. There was an interesting time spent circling the block and standing to hold a space until 6:30 PM as that was the time we could park on the street until 9 AM because the bus service was not active from 6:30 PM to 9 AM. lol."

"Great, central location. Well-stocked kitchen and washer/dryer were very convenient. Units facing Avenue Prince-Arthur can be noisy at night since there are a lot of restaurants and bars, but that's true of everywhere in this neighborhood."
