"Rooms clean, sometimes they do miss out daily cleaning, staffs good, I had bad experience with the bar staff though ( I did reported it). Beach views are ok but don’t expect much in comparison with other resorts around, not many facilities. Air conditioning is good "

"The staff are very friendly and helpful, Joy and Aliz were lovely. Unfortunately a couple of things disappointed us, the is no actual pool on the rooftop and the shallow jacuzzi that is there is no more than a wadding pool with no working jets or bubbles. The rooms are well priced but a little rundown, it is a ten minute walk to the nearest beach along a very rough sidewalk, but all in all we had a good stay over the 7 days we were there because there's plenty of things to do around Koh Samui.
