"The hotel was clean. The staff was great. I enjoyed the hotel will stay there again if I’m ever back this way the food for the free breakfast was disgusting. There was very few gluten-free options and what there was was rubbery, hard boiled eggs, and green or beaten up bananas, and dried out oranges"

"The air conditioning was noisy, and the view overlooked a dirty rooftop. The shower was difficult to use because the hot water was scalding while the cold water pressure was very weak. The pillowcases and towels even had holes in them. I stayed here about six years ago, and the property was much better maintained back then."

"Hotel was clean and smelled nice. Close to our venue. I was pretty upset that the heater in the indoor pool was broken. No notice, no messages about it, and we weren’t even told this at check in. We chose this hotel 4 months in advance just because of the indoor pool. We even added a day to our stay because of the pool. Hubby and I went down to the pool, in our suits, walked passed the front desk employees, and no one said anything. Pool was FREEZING cold. I asked about it, and while they were kind, I was the one that had to ask for any kind of a refund. $40 off of a $380 bill. "
