"Beautiful property located in a great part of the city next to the medina. As soon as you drive in and walk in to the hotel the staff greets you with a warm welcome and friendly. The lobby, and restaurant are beautiful and great. The pool has great ambience and all though you are in the heart of the city, you feel like you’re in your own world. Room a very comfortable and all though the view was not great it still managed to live up to the expectation. I would definitely recommend this property, all in all it was a wonderful choice"

"Absolutely exceptional stay at the Four Seasons Hotel Casablanca. From the moment we arrived, everything felt elegant, welcoming, and beautifully organized. The hotel itself is gorgeous, with a sophisticated atmosphere, beautiful ocean views, and the level of comfort you expect from Four Seasons. What impressed me most was the service. The staff were consistently warm, attentive, professional, and genuinely kind. Every interaction made us feel taken care of, and even the smallest details were handled with care. The rooms were beautiful and comfortable, the food was excellent, and the entire property felt peaceful and luxurious. The spa was another highlight of our stay — a wonderful, relaxing experience and exactly what we needed after traveling. The location by the ocean makes the hotel feel like a true escape while still being convenient for exploring Casablanca. We stayed here as a family, and everyone had such a positive experience. After a very complicated and stressful journey, coming back to the Four Seasons felt like returning to a calm, beautiful sanctuary. That made our stay especially memorable. Thank you to the entire Four Seasons Casablanca team for your hospitality and for making our time in Morocco so special. This is absolutely a hotel I would recommend and would happily return to on my next visit to Casablanca. Five stars without hesitation!"

"Beautiful facilities and pool. Staff was mostly wonderful. There was an issue with the driver they sent to pick us up. He wasn’t there and one hour later he claims he was. And the hotel charged us for the ride! Take uber"

"This hotel checked soooo many boxes it's location is unbeatable we walked EVERYWHERE TO EVERYTHING really friendly staff the restaurant was decent live entertainment and open till late the staff were really great friendly and helpful the hotel itself matches the name really artsy and eccentric with a real authentic morrocan charm and feel we stayed in the Marilyn Monroe room with two kids we loved it all in all we really loved our stay here and would definitely recommend"

"We were checked in by a lovely lady. She was kind, efficient and thorough. Our room wasn't quite ready so she allowed us to wait in their lobby for 15 minutes before being allowed to go to our apartment. Despite knowing that we were a 4 person group, the apartment was set up for 2. We had to ask for extra bedding for the pull out bed and. In addition to this, the kitchen was a miss mash of different things. There were not 4 of everything (cups, bowls, plates, cutlery) despite the room being booked and able to be catered for 4. The lobby and check in staff were fabulous. Maybe the restaurant, bar and pool staff could have the same training? The manager seldom smiled and the bar staff looked confused when I ordered water. The manager moved your things if he wanted you to be somewhere else. They advertise a pool but only have 5 loungers for over 100 apartments. Not ideal. Given it 4 stars as it was a basic hotel, a short distance away from where we wanted to be. I would not stay there again."
