"We enjoyed our stay at Mon Suites. The room was very clean and it was comfortable to relax in and sleep after a long day out and about. The location worked well for us and we enjoyed the neighborhood. We could easily get to all the activities we wanted to do by either walking 5 minutes to the metro or 8 minutes to the bus. "Great stay at this hotel! What made it all even more special is the staff, everyone, especially at the Reception. We have stayed at many 5 star hotels and the staff at this hotel were genuinely happy to help and always greeting you with warmth and a smile. We stayed with a 2 year old and their help and attention was greatly appreciated."

"The staff here were incredibly rude. The front desk staff in particular. At check in. Thoughout the stay if we had a question. Check out. Just the rudest most arrogant people. If you don’t like people or tourists don’t work in this industry. The staff in the bar upstairs didn’t serve us for 40 minutes before we finally gave up and left. We were the only ones there and there was 2 staff. The room was not clean. There was blood drops on the sheets. Definitely not from us. Towels were not clean. Location was good. We tried to get water from the supplied reception area on three occasions and there is never any clean glasses. Breakfast was 25 per person for pretty bad food. There is far far far better options in Valencia for this price point"

"One of the Best Hotel Experiences I’ve Ever Had I’ve stayed at many luxury hotels around the world, and Hospes Palau de la Mar is easily one of the top five hotel experiences I’ve ever had. The property itself is beautiful, the rooms are excellent, and the food is outstanding. However, what truly sets this hotel apart is the service. Every single employee we interacted with was exceptional—from the front desk staff, to the bellmen, bartenders, restaurant team, and housekeeping staff. Everyone was friendly, professional, and genuinely cared about making our stay memorable. The level of hospitality here is what luxury service should be. The staff consistently put the guest first and handled every request with professionalism and empathy. I had a rental car during my stay, and every time I needed it, the process was effortless. The team always had it ready and waiting, making transportation completely stress-free. Another detail that stood out was housekeeping. Unlike many hotels that only clean rooms during limited hours, the staff here were incredibly accommodating and available whenever needed. What impressed me most was the consistency. Every department delivered the same exceptional level of service throughout our stay. Beautiful hotel, incredible staff, outstanding food, and genuine hospitality. If you’re visiting Valencia, I cannot recommend Hospes Palau de la Mar highly enough."
