"Beautiful hotel with intricate interior throughout which is a wonderful setting to base a stay in Bruges. The hotel is run by John and Michael who are the most incredible hosts, with nothing too much trouble and an incredibly warm welcome. We arrived late on a Friday evening but we're greeted and shown to our room with lots of information about the city. The breakfast is excellent, with lots of choice and high quality fresh ingredients from yoghurt, fruits, granola, breads and pastries, eggs...

"What a charming hotel just a short drive into the centre of Bruges. If you've been driving around Europe or just are exhausted, this is the perfect relaxing place to call home for a few days- entering the drive it feels like you're arriving at your own personal castle! "The room was very comfortable and well kept. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The breakfast was excellent, very enjoyable. So many shops and restaurants within a short walk. Convenient walk to and from the train station, allowing for easy day trips to other cities. We very much enjoyed our stay."

"It was centrally located, manageable walk from the train station also. The check in process was easy and the room was bigger than I thought. We did not try the nreakfast but it was located near so mamy cool spots. That's Toast next door was so good and affordable."

"Amazing hotel. We had a lovely first floor corner room with direct views of the canal. Gorgeous window on two sides opened fully for wonderful evening breezes. Breakfast was delicious and plentiful. The staff was lovely and always willing to answer questions. I would stay here over and over again!!!"

"The location of this hotel is wonderful, and the restaurant appears top notch, however we stayed in a very small room on the third floor, with no elevator. It is a very old property without recent renovation. The room was small and had sloped ceilings on two sides, which was not comfortable for my 6’2” companion. The shower stall was right in the room itself, with zero privacy other than a thin cloth screen. The toilet was in its own closet with a door. The floors were linoleum that was at...
