"We stay at the Hilton in Glastonbury every time we visit Connecticut to see family, and it has become our home away from home. We know we can always count on a cozy, comfortable room and a peaceful night's sleep. During our most recent stay, I experienced some unexpected health issues and needed a little extra assistance. A young man at the front desk named Nick went above and beyond to help me. He was incredibly kind, compassionate, and genuinely caring. He certainly didn't have to do what he did, but his willingness to help made a difficult situation much easier. His kindness had nothing to do with the hotel itself, but it made a tremendous difference in my overall experience, and I truly appreciate everything he did. One thing we consistently love about this hotel is how quiet it is. Even with weddings, reunions, and other events taking place, we've never been disturbed. It's always a relaxing place to stay. We've also noticed that many families stay here, and it's wonderful to see children enjoying themselves, which makes it feel like a welcoming, family-friendly environment. We look forward to staying here every time we're in the area and highly recommend it to anyone visiting Glastonbury."

"The place was fantastic very clean location was amazing just had one situation they said breakfast was included and the only thing that was available was orange juice and a granola bar for the price that I paid, I don't think this was acceptable i been to many hotels and they had full meals and great accommodations please don't over sale but for the overall everything was amazing"
