"I understand why this campground remained mostly empty during our stay. I really didn’t want to leave a poor review, but unfortunately, I feel it’s necessary.
The biggest issue was the staff. On three separate occasions, I encountered staff members who were rude, disrespectful, condescending, and unhelpful. I was told they “couldn’t get ahold of housekeeping,” that I would “NEED TO WAIT A MINUTE,” and, when I raised a concern, “you signed a contract.” I’m a grown adult and understand the terms...
