"Front counter lady has a lazy attitude, waiters are great, restaurant service is top notch, prices are good, bar is awesome food is excellent, big screen tv in the bar great, housekeepers are clean but they didn’t return a pair of headphones I forgot in my room oh well. Overall is 8 out 10."

"From our room, we had a partial ocean view. The rooms were clean and stocked with the basic amenities (shampoo, body wash, lotion, and waters in the mini fridge). The staff was amazing and attentive from the moment we walked in to the day we left. Our trip was at the end of February so the weather was just warming up, perfect for the pools. Bring sunscreen! Shrimp cocktail was very refreshing and flavorful, perfect portion for 2."

"Maybe we are easy to please... we loved it. Breakfast was simple and delicious, room was clean and very large, the pool area was beautiful, the sitting area outside the room was inviting, and we loved tge restaurant."

"The room now are smaller than before, inside the room was a mosquitos that beats me many times, the air conditioning not working properly and the room feels a little hot. The door closet doesn't open good. I notice that before the hotel was better than now."
