"The hallways smelled of a mixture of marijuana and rotten garbage. The staff was pleasant. The security doors were broken anyone could just walk in at any hour. The window locks were not operational. The drywall behind the main door was broken. Don’t even ask me about the cleanliness of the bathroom. NEVER AGAIN. "

"This was clean, efficient hotel, conveniently located near a great coffee shop, Radina's, and the reason I was there-a funeral. I would recommend this place for a future stay. "

"Pretty disappointed. Their pool was out of commission yesterday and they did not stipulate that when making the reservation nor when I checked in. I had to ask about it. I would have absolutely stayed at another one of the 10+ hotels so our girls could have swam. (They were extremely disappointed !) This has always been our #1 choice in Manhattan but will reconsider it from now on. Plus, I don’t recall them EVER charging $15.00 to park at the hotel before. No free breakfast and the Starbucks across the street has closed. Room was clean. Shower leaked into the bathroom. Bed was comfy. Tons of pillows. Good location to campus. "
