Hotel Pantai di St. Thomas

"The Westin was beautiful. Dirty, but beautiful. There was trash in areas that were there from the day we arrived until the day we left. Everything was expensive: mandatory $40/day valet, mandatory $75/day resort fee. Restaurants were expensive. Glass bathroom door (I like my privacy when using the bathroom). Even after being in a $2500+ hotel, there was a $1000 hold, which we had an additional $760 in fees (valet, resort fee, etc). Overall, I wouldn't recommend."

"Family of 2adults/2 teens. From the start, rent a car. The speed limit in most of the areas we visited was no more than 30MPH. It was easy to learn how to drive on the left. The hotel does not provide a shuttle service and taxis are very expensive. Free onsite parking. Once there, nothing is walkable. "Obvious mold on the walls, bathroom exhaust did not work. No restaurant open on-site and the pool was barely operable. We couldn’t use the pool. We spent most of our time across the bay at Emerald resort. The only problem to the hotel was the proximity to the airport."
