"The property offered amazing views. The pool was nice and the staff were very friendly, and helpful. The air conditioning was the only problem, the room wouldn’t cool down properly so we ended up opening the balcony door and allowed the breeze to flow."

"Emerald Bay Beach Resort is highlighted by an amazing beach. The resort itself, rooms and grounds would really benefit from a good cleaning and a fresh coat of paint. We were very thankful that the front desk staff allowed us to check in at 10:30 am. Unfortunately, the rest of the staff on property were just ok. Not very friendly. It is very convenient for flying out the next day as it is right next to the airport. Because of that, it can get very noisy at times. Overall, a good stay, but there were definitely some opportunities missed by the staff that could have made our stay much better."

"The staff is what makes an average Marriot stay great. From the doorman to the housekeepers all were friendly and very helpful. The facility has long distances between the hotel and amenities. The rooms are average and dark, including the bathroom. Tried the Italian restaurant and waited over an hour for the main course. I would not come back."
