"Room was perfectly fine and very clean and the view was really nice. The bridge to Petco Park is amazing and really the reason you would stay here unless here for a conference. My only knock in star ratings is really due to the lady at check in who wasn’t friendly. Room wasn’t ready until 4 which is never ideal but fine, I asked if any rooms were ready and she said no, fully sold out and there were no changes allowed. No problem, just thought she was a little rude through the process. Never mentioned parking was $70 per night and The bartender told me I should have gotten 2 drink tickets per night at check in which I never received. Overall, I wouldn’t skip this place, I may have just gotten someone at check-in having a bad day. "

"AWFUL! Filthy! Hair on EVERYTHING, the walls, floor, tub, shower ceiling and towels! Torn curtains and sheets. Chipped paint. There was a motorcycle club event in the parking lot. VERY LOUD, reving engines causing car alarms to go off and loud music until after midnight. An absolute HORRIBLE experience! "

"We stayed for 3 nights, Monday to Thursday. The area is very loud. We were awaken every morning by someone screaming or construction. The shower head had gunk on it and under our bed was very dusty which indicates surface level cleaning. There's a $34 a day amenities fee charged after you check out They "give" you $15 dining credit too use in their restaurants daily. The food on the rooftop left something to be desired. We wasted $120 on a dinner that none of us ate. On a brighter note, the hotel staff was very kind and attentive. The hotel is in a great location to walk around and explore. "

"The property was nice, the room was clean, but my only complaint is that my room was way too close to the freeway, and because I am a light sleeper, I was up all night. I probably could’ve asked them to accommodate me, but I just let it go so it’s not really their problem but if you are a light sleeper, ask for a room in the back."
