St. Pauls hotels from RM220

"The staff a great, our room was spacious and clean.the hotel in general was very clean and well taken care of. The only issue I had was I booked thru hotels.com and got the queen suite that said it was equipped with washer and dryer. It wasn’t only the king suites are. So traveling with a toddler that made it a bit more complicated then we wanted. Again it wasn’t the hotels fault but the site I booked from. "

"elevator was broken, so no rooms with 2 beds on ground floor, had to take a room with one bed. no ice machine on the first floor?????had to ask a staff member to get it from the kitchen.She was very helpful though. not my best experience"

" I spoke with the front desk as the manager was not available. I informed her that we were very disappointed in the quality of this Wyndham. The room (325) had a very offensive smell of stale air (perhaps moldy or poor circulation even after turning on the fan) and we were uncomfortable the whole night with it. The bed had annoying squeaks when we shifted. We will be reporting this stay to the hotel manager. "

"Lovely spacious unit with full eat in kitchen. Furnishings seem very new. Only stayed one night, but could comfortably stay much longer. Highly recommend. "

"There was a power outage on the TV never came back on. Called front desk. No one was there to help no one could come to the room to fix it. We really wanted to watch TV on Saturday night. I would like some compensation because of this."
