"Location was good especially if you are going for Oktoberfest (which I was not) only a short walk from the main train station. Room was clean, bed comfy & if it had not been for an over enthusiastic housekeeping team who took away all my stuff, it would have got top marks. The support team got this issue resolved & my gear was returned after 2 hours. I guess this is the only problem with not having staff permanently onsite! "
