"We have been coming to this property for 2 years now. We have never had any issues. The rooms are very clean, the beds are super comfortable. The staff is always friendly and willing to accomodate you especially if you have a favourite room. Just up the street from the downtown area with really cute shops and little cafe's. "
"I expected more from Deerhurst. The room was ok, not fantastic. We were in one of the outer buildings and couldn't get the shuttle to the main building because the main desk's phone was off the hook for 45 minutes. It was off season, so for most of the stay only "
"We stayed here for 2 nights. Staff was friendly, location was close to everything and overall it was fine. I have to note however that the beds were very uncomfortable. Sagging and non supportive. I’ve stayed at different Hilton & Hilton family locations and one of the things you can usually count on is a comfortable mattress. Sadly this was not the case. So much so, that I barely slept the entire two night we were here. "
"staff were amazing, literally all of them. The building is being renovated by complete amateurs though and there were no notices when booking. Water issues, painting everywhere, shotty work even while spreading grout over tile with salt and mud on them just kept spreading the grout.
Hotel is dated left right and center so them doing the lobby is for astetics. Pool is outdated, woods moldy, carpets gross. Is what it is though. "
"Check in was quick, however the staff was unaware of some of the Motel 6 procedures and wasn’t quite sure of check out time.
The room was dated but clean. Had a small microwave and fridge but no coffee maker. Very awkward placement of the toilet paper dispenser, behind the user.
The whole motel had the smell of air freshener, not bad but unusual smell. One vending machine was out of service. The pool was an adequate size but cold.
Overall, a decent price for an average motel. "
"This is a nice little place that provides a clean place to stay. It does require some repairs and updates 100%. The staff was very pleasant and welcoming. The pool area needs a lot of work and fixing and rooms need to be updated and some items needed repair as well in the rooms."
