"Excellent Hotel. The entrance though can be reconstructed better for arrivals and pick ups. The high fence should be removed in my opinion. Overall best hotel inclusion into Port Moresby."

"Accommodation was exceptional except for the cold water. In the morning the cold water was hot so brushing my teeth was a challenge. The bar/night club .. drinks were super expensive. A beer & a spirit drink K40. Staff at every level were exceptional !!! Always a smile and a good morning or good afternoon."

"A couple of days before my arrival i contacted the hotel to ask about shuttle - no response. I called, I texted, i used the expedia app etc - no response. I had the local hotel call them and expedia .. no response. I did not want to take local taxi to the hotel late at night so i had to book another hotel last minute - very expensive - all because they could not respond to any contacts. "
