Finally Kimara at the Front Desk actually took the time to resolve the issue. The unit we were placed in used to be occupied by a long term tenant so they didn’t have it updated on the system. " Very clean room right on the beach. My 4th visit. Room was kept clean. Pool not so clean. Staff this time around not friendly at all . They changed the rules on how beach towels are handed out and it wasn’t explained to us until our last night by the only friendly staff member there . Was really disappointed in unfriendly staff we had never run into that issue before . Groceries near by and most places in walking distance . Really bad traffic on the strip at all times . "
