"We stayed two nights. The first night we were in a room for a disabled guest so it was a bit uncomfortable for us. The staff was able to move us to another room for the second night. We were in a two room king suite which was spacious and clean but dated. The sofa was uncomfortable to sit on most likely because it was a sofa bed. We loved having a kitchenette and refrigerator. The staff were friendly and accommodating. We would stay here again. "

"The lobby staff was very helpful and the breakfast was acceptable and clean. The issue we had was with housekeeping. Our beds were not made (we had a 2 room suite), trash was not removed (we had it in OUR trash bags because there wasn’t enough of there’s), supplies were not refilled. We had to get toilet paper, Kleenex, coffee pods from the front desk. We told the front desk staff about it and it still was not done. Location was great with access to restaurants and stores."

"Bring your own coffee/tea, condiments as none are provided. If you must use the sleeper sofa, you may want to consider another option as the "mattress" is super thin and the spring just come right thru. Also, make sure you get exact directions on how to enter with the code long before check-in time"

"The hotel stay was disappointing overall. The rooms were very worn out and clearly outdated, with visible signs of heavy use. It didn’t feel well maintained, and the condition of the room took away from the experience. Definitely in need of renovation."
