Hotel was overbooked, was not incormed of this, paid for 3 rooms days ahead of time only to be told nothing was available upon arrival. Called a few hours before check in to confirm everything and was told everything was ready for my check in.

The room was very dirty and so run down. The tub was dirty, holes in the wall, door looked like it had been kicked down a couple of times.

Non-smoking rooms still smell of heavy cigarettes

We booked a non-smoking room. Went inside and the bed was unmade and food and bottles were on the desk as if someone was still staying in our room. Unclean and smelled like cigarette smoke. We changed rooms at the front desk and I made it really clear we could not have a smoking room or an old room that had been smoked in ever. Our second room smelled even worse and the cigarette smoke was so strong, it immediately saturated our clothing from only ten minutes in the room. We left and received refund. Front desk staff was very nice and apologetic

Unpleasant stay

Our stay was unpleasant at best. First, they couldn't find our reservation throigh hotels.com. Then, when we got to our room, the heat didn't work, which is ridiculous in thr middle of winter. We did get switched to a different room and received a discount thanks to Amber's exceptional customer service skills and friendly manner. But the heater should be checked regularly by their maintenance and this should never have occurred

The first room i was givin the walls were stained and patched,the tv and phone did not work and just felt dirty the second room i was given the floors were dirty and the tub and shower were not cleaned overall it was gross I'll never recommend or stay there again.

Mix opinion of my stay.

The rooms air conditioner didn’t work so it was really hot in the room the bathroom was dirty to where there was a wash rag from previous people still in the room, the bed was awful and the pillows sucked. But the customer service was amazing other than a note on the door multiple times saying will be back in 20 minutes and it was almost an hour

I'm dissapointed.

I do love this hotel. But when I got there, the room we were giving was occupied and we walked in on two people. They switched us to a different room which was infested with bugs. The second night we switched rooms, it was smaller and had no fridge or microwave and there were also some bugs but luckily it was much cleaner. For the price, normally Red Roof is a good cheap easy place to stay. But unfortunately the bugs and all that ruined my experience.

SAVE YOUR MONEY - LOOK FOR SOMETHING ELSE

I have traveled between Florida and Colorado a couple times each year for 16 years and, without question, this was the most atrocious place I have ever stayed. The number of derelicts hanging around outside blaring music, smoking non-stop and just being loud throughout the night made it nearly impossible to sleep. At any time, I expected my car alarm to go off from a break in (as my car was full of items I was transporting). The property itself looked more like Section 8 housing with garbage on the stairs, a smell of cigarette smoke eveywhere around the building and just all around dirty. The young woman checking me in was extremely nice but, other than that, I would NEVER stay here again. Save your money. Look for something else!

Not so good

Check was great. The room was not clean. It was humid and slimy feeling. Dirt in all the corners, no toilet paper, flies, nats and a grasshopper were in the room. Water pressure in the shower was good. The bar soap was like Lava brand soap (sand paper).

It is pretty run down and unkempt. It was last minute so we stayed but I wish I hadn't. The air conditioning didn't work, the room was dirty--we had to have the staff come and clean the bathroom before we would stay, but it was still pretty gross. The pictures on the web make it look far nicer than it was. If you don't want to be grossed out, stay somewhere else.

I just stopped here to sleep. My room was supposed to be a non smoking room but reeked of smoke. Also got bug bites while here. Wouldn’t recommend.
