"Based on the photos, I was expecting a nicer place. The finish was peeling off of all the cabinet handles and the rooftop area was blocked by planters. We managed to go out anyway and nothing was set up. The cleaning staff took my reusable make up washcloth when they were cleaning. I alerted the front desk but nothing was ever said again about it. Also on the last night our toilet broke and we were expected to just go downstairs every time we had to go."

Evenetually moved to a quality suite but forced to pay a hefty surcharge. Property management and Expedia were aware from day one. "Wonderful hot tub! Clean, well kept apartment. There was a problem with water but it was sorted out immediately, very impressive as it was Christmas Eve! Having a washing machine was such a bonus. The location was excellent, everything we needed was close. We would recommend staying here and plan to return. We felt totally relaxed when we left! Evenings in the tub, under the stars, brilliant!"

"Es ist eine nette kleine Wohnung mit Waschmaschine. Toll war, das Waschmittel, Spülmittel. Grundgewürze wie Salz und Pfeffer, sogar Öl und Alufolie sowie Backpapier im Schrank waren. Ein paar Klammern zum Aufhängen von Wäsche sowie Wäscheständer und Bügelbrett und Bügeleisen sind auch vorhanden. Ebenso ein Föhn. Als der Wasserdruck zu niedrig war, wurde dies sofort behoben.
